Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations and payments made to EduEnroute Overseas Pvt. Ltd. through Santure.ai, including event registrations such as Urban Fit.
1. Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration is successfully completed.
2. Personal Circumstances
No refund will be provided due to personal reasons, change of plans, illness/injury, travel issues, late arrival, or non-attendance.
3. Duplicate or Unsuccessful Payments
In case of duplicate payment or payment deducted without successful registration, the amount will be verified and refunded to the original payment method, where applicable.
4. Postponement or Cancellation by the Organiser
If the event is postponed or cancelled by EduEnroute Overseas Pvt. Ltd., participants will be informed about the next steps, including rescheduling or refund options, as applicable.
5. Disqualification
Any participant disqualified for violating event rules or the Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Acceptance of This Policy
By registering, participants confirm that they have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy, Event Rules, and Code of Conduct.
EduEnroute Overseas Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy where necessary.
